Position Summary:
This position is responsible for driving revenue growth for the company through management of ISlide’s sales channels: Licensed, Team, and Brand. This involves taking company goals and creating strategies to achieve those goals, then implementing them through effective management of the teams. This person should have extensive sales experience, especially with major retailers and other potential customers as a major component of the role is managing major relationships like those with Fanatics, Dicks Sporting Goods, Academy, Rally House, BSN, and others.
Essential Functions:
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans in support of organization strategy and objectives
- Drive sales to youth, high school, college, and professional teams through direct and resale channels; make ISlide a staple team product nationally
- Grow revenue with current major accounts like Fanatics, Dicks Sporting Goods, and BSN by establishing relationships and creatively addressing partner needs
- Manage major retail relationships, especially in the Licensed Sales channel; work with retail partners to improve sell-through efforts
- Create relationships with new partners in all sales channels to assist in the achievement of targets\
- Plan revenue growth for individual licensed properties; manage relationships with current properties and develop new relationships to expand the ISlide license portfolio
- Work with the marketing team to create and execute new campaigns that assist in the development of additional revenue
- Train and develop managed teams
- Control and manage department budgets according to company projections
- Ability to work at Hyde Park office 4 days per week

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or other related field preferred
- Prior experience with sales management preferred
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Strong management, organization, and planning skills
- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
- Strong communication skills in English; including listening, speaking, writing
